Steps I Took

I started in CyberChef. I used Decode from Base64 and got the following result:

I used XOR brute force to test the possible keys, since I did not have a clear way to determine the key directly. The f2 key produced readable English text.

I reversed the text first, then replaced XOR Bruteforce with XOR and used f2 as the key to recover the answer.

I originally solved it a different way, but the page refreshed and generated a new prompt, so I had to solve it again with the method above.
